Good Boston Living
Identity: Logo, Business Cards, Letter Head, Post Cards and Note Cards
Good Boston Living, a real estate brand by Boston realtor Melony Swasey, was looking for an identity package that had a fresh, high end, contemporary feel.
After considering several logo treatments we decided on a mark conveys the idea of a shelter using simple geometric shapes. Working with the Sotheby's brand blue and a bright yellow that represents Melony's signature flair for color, we designed three versions of the Good Boston Living logo.
Melony loves to send correspondence by mail and and prides herself on her personalized message to friends and clients. It was essential to have personal stationary that fit her brand. She loves color and patterns and she wanted to have stationary that included these things while also feeling fun and unique.
We explored ways to use the mark to create patterns for stationary. We expanded the color palate to include a bright blue to use with the yellow. We designed a set of 10 notecards and postcards that all use different patterns based on the GBL mark.
As a final touch, we created stickers with a personal massage to be used to seal envelopes.
